IMPORTANT: You have to do your transaction at one of the regular check out lines, NOT the customer service desk. Today, I did everything at the customer service desk and the catalina didn't print. I asked the cashier why and he said because I needed to go to one of the regular check out lines. He was SO kind and refunded everything so that I could take it over to the other register and get my catalina!!

What do I do if I did a transaction and bought 1 Lipton, 2 huggies overnites, 2 Pull-ups, and 1 Huggies Natural for a total of 51.04 before coupons. It didn't print a $14.00 catalina. I was wondering if you know if I should call Kmart corporate or what number to solve this problem. I did a smililar transaction before and it printed the catalina with no problem!! Please help!!
Robin...I would definitely call! I would start with Kmart and then maybe they could direct you to where you'd need to go. Here is there number: 1-866-KMART-4U
Did you make sure you were at a register that had a coupon printer?
